Hi! I'm Dominic Olson, an Electrical and Computer Engineering M.S. student at UCLA. I am a graduate researcher at the Wireless Lab at UCLA, currently working on robust and practical millimeter-wave sensing and communication systems. My interests include wireless, machine learning, signal processing, and embedded systems.
I completed my B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2024, also at UCLA. During undergrad, I conducted research at the Digital Microwave Lab. I was also a project lead and lab manager at IEEE at UCLA. I was previously a Modem ML Firmware intern at Qualcomm in Summer 2025, a Systems Sofware intern at NVIDIA in Summer 2024, and a Radar Signal Processing Software intern at Nuro in Summer 2022 and 2023.
I like working on engineering and design projects and playing music.
